The newest noodle joint in Bonifacio High Street!
PIGPANDA tried their best seller dish, AKA FUJI SOBA (P260) This is the spicy version of NIKU FUJI SOBA (P260). You have the option of soba (thin noodles) or udon (fat noodles). The soup tasted like regular miso soup but when we tried it with the noodles and the spicy beef, the flavors went very well together. Warning: Medyo maakas lang makasamid ung spicy powder. Make sure your water is on stand by and also order their house cold tea!
We also tried EBI TEN MORI SOBA (P260). We just ordered the EBI TEN it was still very huge compared to the usual tempura in other restaurants. You should not leave this place without trying their tempura! It came with cold noodles and a soy-based dip you can mix with your noodles for added flavor. It was also very good, parang kanin lang ung noodles.
EBI TEN VS O-EBI TEN:
PP: Ano po difference ng EBI TEN sa O-EBI TEN?
Server: Yung EBI TEN shrimps, mas maliit. Yung O-EBITEN prawns.

PIGPANDA rating: 4/5 Good food, reasonably priced, great service and new concept. It's not the type of food you would come back to and crave for but it was overall a very satisfying meal.
